Introduce Yourself

Hello, All!

My name is Rachel, and here are some things it would be impossible for one not to know if one were to get to know me! First, and by far the most important thing about me, I am a born again Christian. I love me some Jesus! Second, I come from a decently large family, and my parents and four siblings are pretty freaking awesome. Third, I have a son. His name is Tiger, and he has two fuzzy ears, cute whiskers, and an adorable pink nose. Fourth, I work at Cracker Barrel, and I love my job! Fifth, I hail from Louisville, Ohio, but I was born and raised in Canton. And finally, while I have many interests and hobbies, the more prominent ones include reading, writing, singing, and painting.

As for my reading interests, my all time favorite is YA fantasy (who doesn’t love getting lost in a different world from time to time, right?). My favorite YA authors include Ally Carter, Cassandra Clare, Richelle Mead, Marissa Meyer, Sarah J Maas, Neil Shusterman, and Mary Weber. But I also enjoy a good Classic, particularly Jane Austen, C.S. Lewis, Shakespeare, and Dostoevsky. When I’m not reading YA or a Classic, you’ll find me reading New Adult, middle grade, or books about mythology (mainly Greek, Irish, and Norse mythology).
